All you need is a Yahoo messanger which you already have, just need to activate it though. Doesn't cost anything, if you want you can add a MIC or a Web camera which cost about $35.00-$50.00 find them cheap at Circuit city.

Well, it's pretty easy... you just need to have a webcam, and the other persons participating on the conference should also have their own... Then you need some software to connect to them... I sugest you use Skype...

you can use yahoo messegner. you need an account which you already have..a web cam. It's not difficult at all.
