i need to turn on my 1990 ford festiva?

i lost the key and i can't move it or nothing i really need to
turn it on just to move it a couple blocks..

how can i turn it on without the key?

it's a 4 cylinder

1. have a tow truck tow it
2. have a locksmith make you a new key.
3. Break in, punch the ignition and push it.

It might cost you more to have a new ignition installed and 2 (two) keys made than the car is worth! Junk it.
