Taco bell has a lot of sourcream and cheese which is really fattening so knock that off.
Between Wendy's, BK, and Macdonalds it is all a matter of what you order. Just remember some rules.
1-Salads are very fattening even more fattening than fries.
2- Crispy chicken is twice as fattening than grilled
3- Get baked patato as it is really healthy with no sourcream (get a chili instead to put in it.
4- Dont supersize

Most fast food restaurants have a wide selection of food, so it all depends on the customer's choice to be healthy or not. You could order a meatless salad with dressing on the side from McDonald's and have a healthier meal there rather than buy a meatball sub from Subway. So it all depends on your choice.
However, I must agree that a larger ratio of Subway's food is healthy compared to most fast food. But people seem to think that because they are eating a meal from Subway that it is healthier than a burger, even if they load their sub with cheese, meat and mayo.

Subway has really good healthy choices, Wendy's salads are good, and Sonic is good too - but you really have to research the sodium count of anything you eat at a fast food place - subway is by far the healthiest.

Subway would be first because of all the vegies. Then I think Taco Bell because of the beans (protein) and the vegies. But if you have a Chipolte in your area, go there instead of Taco Bell. Better, fresher food.

It completely depends on what type of food you like and or consider to be fast food. I would recommend PotBelly sandwiches or Panera soups for good healthy choices (for some reason Panera sandwiches have quite a bit of calories, but they're still pretty good for you.) Listed is a link to a website that lists fast food joints and calories/fat content in their foods.

Chipotle or In-N-Out
Chipotle doesn't have a drive-thru (would it still be considered "fast food"), but it doesn't have as much grease on their food.
My other choice being In-N-Out, I miss their food so much. It always seemed so much better then any other burger joint. When In-N-Out comes to Colorado, it will be a happy day!

I say if you order right ,Subway would be your best bet. There's a lot of non-fried foods to choice from . There food is always put out fresh. You don't get a boxed up 2 day old salad.

I would say Taco Bell, but health wise it's the best of the worst.
