I just stare at a spot, and get lost in thought.... or sometimes look at the person i am talkin 2 and wonder how i can help

Me? Silent? Yeah, OK. I'm hone by myself a lot nowadays, and I will talk up a storn if I'm not watching a movie or on here!
I also used to have this thyroid disorder that made me extremely hyper... Fidget city.
Even now, a little bit...

the only time i am silent i am sleeping. Sometimes I am reading or playing online games.

when I'm silent my mind just wonders...... memories just flash rapidly and randomly, i could be at this state for hours and hours, I've learned alot of patience, and how to wait in silence.... it's a great opportunity to meditate

i totally zone out lol..or sometimes i just drum my pencil around. im usually silent so this happens a lot =)
