With sunbeds you need to be aware of how old the bulbs are. They are dangerous if they get too old as they lose a protective covering.
Other than that I would start off on 5 minutes and gradually build the time up - that way you wont go too red - although it does depend on whether you are fair skinned or not. It is often recommended not to use creams as they cannot often produce a skin reaction due to the intense heat.

First what type of bed super or regular (that depends on the strength of the bulbs). second do not use sun screen you have to use tanning lotion made for tanning beds i use Swedish beauty products found in any tanning salon. I buy mine on eBay more then 1/2 the price and they can get very expensive. third you lay down pull the cover all the way down don't get scared(i no you still will) depending on the bed 5min to 20min if it is a super lay down for no more then 12 min if its regular 20 min max ever no matter how dark you wont to be. You can go 5 min to start everyday or every second day just make sure you don't burn and gradually move up 2min at a time . well good luck if you have more questions email me or buy the way make sure you were tanning bed glasses u can really damage your eyes if you dont found in tanning salons or eBay but get them at the salon only about $5.oo

make sure you use cream do not listen to these other people it helps not to damage your skin not sunscreen tanning cream . also prolongs tan so you not have to tan as much.

an older style sunbed could be really dodgy - I dont think you can be 100% sure that any of them are safe. If you have to use them then use a high factor suncream

Well. You should use an accelerator to make your tan last and to keep your skin healthy and moisturized. I use Sun Fuel which also has a skin firming complex. I would start off slow, at about 6 minutes, and slowly increase the amount of time to increase your tan. Once you get to the color you want, just keep going in for the same amount of time.

I purely went as quickly as. I under no circumstances went back because of the fact it left those varieties of crimson spots on my skin! I fairly have easy brown hair and tan skin. I purely went for about 8 minutes regardless of the indisputable fact that. Tanning beds are 3x greater damaging on your skin than the solar. Plus, you get skin maximum cancers. yet once you pass approximately 5-8 cases you get a dismal tan.

'SKIN CANCER ALERT'

Don't use it, you don't know what kind of rays its emitting. IT will give you cancer if you carry a cancerous gene when you are older.

My mother and her mother before her had skin cancer, and it's not nice...
