In areas with 4 seasons...
When it starts getting in the 50's-60's in Sept & Oct, do you put your jacket on like it's snowing or something?
But, in the spring, when it gets 50's-60's, do you start walking around in your short-sleeves like it's summer all of a sudden?

Funny how you look at things differently based on the contrast.

Good observation, and come to think of it, I do. That would be a mind set thing, right? My daughter just told me it was so warm that she wore shorts all day (it was about 59 degrees!!) It has been extremely cold where she lives all winter, 196 inches of snow this winter, but in Sept, when she got up there from Oklahoma, she was shivering when it was 59 degrees! Of course in Ok. in sept. it is still in the 100's!!!! Thanks, I liked this question, makes ya think!

When I used to live in a place with 4 seasons, I did do that... but here's why: in the fall, the breeze was cooler, but in the spring, the breeze was warmer.
I prefer colder weather myself, so the temp has to be in the 40's with a cold breeze to get me to don a sweater. I'll only wear an actual coat or jacket for freezing weather.
