It's not the quantity, it's the category. There's so much volume in P&S that it's nearly imposssible to qualify as a top contributor. If you really want an orange box that bad, then go answer some questions in Decorating & Remodeling or something. Seriously, that's how it works.

i fully expect you'l get one soon. the two keys ,according to the Y!A blog, appear to be being (for want of a better term) habitual, and staying mainly in a favored category. some have A badge for 2 -3 (max) categories. points and # of answers don't weigh heavily in the decision to add one to the TC list. iv'e seen a couple TCs with 800 points.
