Unless you are very lucky, it is probably worth about $3.00

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 23) - A rare, 184-year-old copy of the Declaration of Independence found by a bargain hunter at a Nashville thrift shop is being valued by experts at about 100,000 times the $2.48 purchase price.

have it appraised..... a copy wouldn't be worth anything unless it had some original signatures. There are millions of copies of the declaration, I doubt that yours is worth anything, but it's worth the try at an appraiser if your confident it might. Keep in mind getting something appraised costs money so I'm guessing your going to spend more money getting it appraised then what it might be worth ( like $ 2 )

Short of owning an original (very unlikely), it's not likely worth much.

What would lead you to think that it might be valuable?
