I am a first time owner of 4 fancy guppies, one male and three females. I have not had them long, maybe a week. The females are the addition to the tank. I have 2 females with dark gravid spots and one with an amber colored spot. Are the two with the dark spot pregnant? Is there any chance they are not pregnant and naturally have a dark spot? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Most likely pregnant. Female guppies fairly well stay pregnant most of their adult lives.

I love guppies and it's probably pregnant. you should get breeding traps for them. I myself have a pregnant guppy (I hope)

there is a chance shes pregnant, but she may have eaten extra and have more food than normal in her.
