how do u close out an e mail address?

i have a e mail address that was broken into by hackers so I dont use it there are about 300 messages to delete on it how do i get it off my computer it is through outlook express

To delete an email account from Outlook Express:

Select Tools | Accounts... from the menu.
Go to the Mail tab.
Highlight the account you want to delete.
Click Remove.
Click Yes.

change your outlook express to use your present email address.
dont use that other email address
