I am looking to change fields because I have hit a dead end in my career. I have about 1.5 years with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car and about 2 years in recruiting where I have recruited for Admin, IT, Engineers, Telecommunications, Accounting and Finance positions. Anyone know what field/industry/job that I could change to with my background?

You may be able to parlay your staffing experience into a corporate HR job. (Probably still starting in recruiting, but that can open doors into other areas of HR.)

You may also be a candidate for a sales role; that is what recruiting is, after all. Your Enterprise experience would be helpful there as well. You'd need a product line that is not too technically complex, or one that the company would be willing to train you on.

You only have about 3.5 yrs work experience so you still can pretty much do anything. I still need your educational background to give you options.

Business Management - Then your options are wide open. You might like to go into Hotel Management working at a conciege. Make sure you tailor your resume to this.

If i were you, I will go into job fairs, I am sure you will find a lot of opportunities there.
