No the rim is 15 inches in diameter and the tires are 14. You either require a 14 in rim to fit the tire or a 15 in tire to fit the rim.

For a tire look for a "R15" as opposed to "R14"

No, your tires fit a 14 in diameter rim only.

no.

the sizing on tires is like this: X/Y/Z
X is the width in millimeters, so 195mm wide.
Y is the sidewall height as a % of the width (so .45*195mm is the sidewall height)
Z is the diameter of the rim its designed for, in this case 14.

no, a 15" wheel won't work with a 14" tire.
