iTunes has all the episodes for download... you can buy them seperatly or if you are going to miss all the episodes, you can buy a "season pass" and it will download all the new episodes for you... you also get a better deal with the season pass then if you buy every episode by itself.

check out the official 24 myspace because they post all the episodes on there. if they've already deleted shows from the beginning of the season, try peekvid.com! i'm soooooo sorry you can't watch it on tv. :(
