I am a conservative and I strongly believe that religion should be kept out of schools, work, and most other places where people can get offended. I know its a rare thing for a conservative to say, but religion is a private matter unless you are in church or in that type of a setting. I really don't care if someone prays, but I would not approve of any kind of public preaching, sacrifice, or any other type of display that tries to convert other people to their way of thinking, or is criminal in any way. Everyone has their own religion, and own beliefs, and nobody should try to convert another person to their way of thinking.

Strawman!
There's a significant difference between placing a symbolic creche or menora or whatever that is reflective of the populations' religious holidays, and the practice of religion by ritual killing of live animals at the same location.
We don't do exorcisms or take the eucharist or dance the Hora in the public square, so the comparison you're making is without merit.
Furthermore, does any rational person really believe that having a creche or cross or menora or Mogan David or 10 commandments, etc, displayed at a public place means that the government is establishing a religion? This has got to be the stupidest argument that has ever won in court. It defies common sense and logic, yet is held as a dogmatic belief by much of the left.

It's O.K. with me. I think you might run into a little legal difficulty. I'm not sure your local government is into arson.
