This problem came about after months of no problems. I tried re-installing the wireless card program, but to no avail. It appears to start to work, but then fails while "Renewing IP Address" and I get a "Limited or No Connectivity" message, yet the signal strength is Very Good to Excellent.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Have had a couple guesses, but still no luck . . . .Note, I have 2 other computers hooked up to the same wireless/router, but no issues with them. ??????

Just a thought but have you rebooted the router?
Unplug the power, wait a minute, reconnect the power see if it connects.
Our linksys and most others I have had, on occassion will just simply not stop sending addresses every once and awhile. If that happens you wont be able to pull one.

If your card is showing signal and seeing the view all then your driver is working. You may have a web key issue or wpa if you are running security so temporarily disable that and see if you connect. If you do, just change the settings in the router to a "new" key and try it again.

One potential problem is that you have not enabled Windows to configure your wireless network. To check this do the following:
1. Start -> Connect to -> Show all network connections
2. Right click on the Wireless iterface and select properties
3. Click on the Wireless Networks tab up on top
4. There is a check box up on top "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings.

Good luck.
