One phase is a liquide one - it is plasma with dissolved substances (proteins), the other one are the blood cells - erythrocytes, leukocytes, thrombocytes

I'm really not sure what this question is about. My best guess is that it's the two phases of blood pressure, which would be systolic and diastolic. Systolic is the peak pressure, Diastolyic is the lowest pressure, which occurs at the resting phase of the cardiac cycle.

one phase is fluid medium known as plasma.It is mainly composed of water, blood proteins, and inorganic electrolytes. It serves as transport medium for glucose, lipids, amino acids, hormones, metabolic end products, carbon dioxide and oxygen.

the other is several types of cells suspended in it
eg.red blood cells(erythrocytes),white blood cells(leucocytes) and platelet cells
