If T =K
we apply Boyle's law
pV=K

p1V1 = K
p2V2 = K

p1V1 = p2V2

1.50 ( 75.0) = 4.50 V2

V2 = 25 mL

P1V1 = P2 V2 is the rule here. So, if P increases 3 times, the volume decreases by 3 times, i.e. it becomes 25.0 ml

pV=nRT

Assuming ideal gas law. Where p is pressure, V volume, n number of moles, R is the gas constant, T is temperature.

p1V1=p2V2

So,
(1.5 atm)(75 mL) = (4.5 atm) (x)

Solve for X and you will get the answer.
