H2SO4 in H2O --> 2H+(aq) + SO4-2(aq)
Ba3(PO4)2 in H2O --> 3Ba+2(aq) + 2PO4-2(aq)

actually H2SO4 goes in two steps:

H2SO4 in H2O --> H+(aq) + HSO4-(aq)

HSO4-(aq) --> H+(aq) + SO4-2(aq)
