Not they perish due to age, usage and environment

The rubber bushes used on most modern cars do not perish if a car has not been moved for 4-6 months.
However it is more likely that the rear brake drums will rust up resulting in difficulties when you first try to move the car.
The only thing you need to be careful of is if the bushes have had oil sprayed on them as they will rapidly break down and fail.

No they do not perish in such a short space of time unless they have been contaminated in any way by chemicles

Not in that timeframe no. The only way this would happen is if your car is old anyway and they were already worn previously.

not that length of time.they might go down,but they wont perish.
