I want to become a lawyer, and I want to know where I should transfer after my AA.

You only have an AA? Then it doesn't really matter. You still need to get your bachelors before going on to law school. Pick a school you like. Miami, Florida, and Florida State are the most popular. They're as good as any.
U of Florida has the best law school in the state of Florida.

As a non-Floridian... never lived there, never will... I would say that the school with the best reputation is the University of Florida. I am sure that some schools have a better specialty... maybe University of Miami, for example, which seems like a decent school.
