Need Digital camera as a bridge to send image to computer. If you have 30mm movie projector show film on screen or wall painted white.
Have digital camera aimed at the image on screen, image will be recorded into your pc next - if you have editing software you clean up film then you have software(pinnacle studio 10 - Apple's final cut pro etc) process video file then lastly burn it to a DVD.

are they from a camcorder? if yes u can jus buy a tv tuner card for ur pc and record it straight to ur pc. u just have to connect ur camera or what ever u use to view ur tape to the pc and viola it's save to ur hard drive. once thats done just use a movie editing program to enhance the quality and sound. then when ur done with that just burn it to a dvd and thats it u've restored ur videos. heres a link to the tv tuner card u can purchase at compusa. good luck!!!
