Hello my name is Zea and i teach pole dance classes in parkstone, i have a purpose built studio with three poles. The classes are fairly small so it gives you loads of practice time. Classes run on tues to fri. Email me at Z.lann-frisby@ntlworld.com or call 07739 735970

Do they actually hold classes to teach pole dancing? I am amazed! I would have thought that it would be easy to teach yourself, and to make up your own distinctive moves that are unique, after all you don`t want to be the same as everyone else. Have a go at planing your own routine.

There's a place in Fratton Road, Portsmouth - not sure of the name of the place they do a lot of dancing classes but its above the Mobility Centre opposite Farmfoods on Fratton Road.

Hi,
I've got a friend who's had lessons in Dorset (near Bournemouth) and says it's great. Have a look at http://www.poledancingacademy.net
