I don't know thats just like saying
Why are Mad people allowed to dirve
Why are Happy people allowed to drive
Why are Gay people allowed to drive
Why are You allowed to drive
As simple as that everyone has there privalges and they are taken away from us if we missuse them

Well, we can take their licenses away if you are willing to drive them were they need to go. It's frustrating to be on the road with confused people, the best thing you and I can do is drive safely and watch out for them.

I want to know why people who can't read english are allowed to drive in the U.S. I guess this could explain the confused people. This is a good question and I would like to know how the DMV respond. Please keep me updated. Thank you.

I don't know. Sometimes I wish they would make up their freakin' mind, go or pull over. The worst thing that could happen is that they may have to U Turn.

If they are really confused, they won't pass either their written or road tests.
Wonder how some of them pass, though.
