So, what's a chachi????? Does this has somethind to do with Tom Bosley?? I don't understand! What is a chachi?????

Chachi was Fonzie's cousin on Happy Days and the spinoff Joanie Loves Chachi. Joanie was the name of Tom Bosley's charater's (Mr. C) daughter and she dated and later married Chachi on Happy Days.
I'm guessing Homer pretended to be Tom Bosley who played Mr. C to get Lisa close to Chachi played by Scott Baio and Bart doesn't know what a "chachi" is, but they didn't want him pretending to be Krusty.

Chachi is Scott Bao's roll on Happy Days and then afterwards on Joanie Loves Chachi.

Chachi was the name of a character on Happy Days. TGom Bosley also was on Happy Days. He was "Mr.C", whose tv daughter was dating Chachi, played by Scott Baio.

A "Chachi" is a "Fonzie's" cousin. Guess you had to be there..."wah wah wah"!
