Ok, I want to have a free website. I don't just have the kinda cash to go spemding on getting a website. I am certainly not going to go waiste 20$ a month on a site, but I want a free site that doesn't include it's name in it. I want to also be able to name my website. Please give me some site names that will allow you to do this and will let it be free.

I don't think you can get a free website with your own domain. I think the free ones would be freewebs.com/yourname. I know that you would have to atleast pay for registering your own domain. Having said that you can get free ad supported hosting at http://www.dakotawebhosting.com when you register a domain. Also, if you didn't like the ads I think it's only like $4 a month for hosting, not $20.
