how do i get it to work with online arcade games

Let me guess that the controller works but the recoil don't.
This is because the programers of the games your playing don't support the recoil function. You will have to either ask them if they can wright a program that will allow this function, find a third party that offers a patch to allow it to work, or you learn to wright code and male your own patch.
