i dont know where to make ur own display pics for MSN?

do you mean to put your own photo up as a display pic? if so from the main box click on tools, then change display picture, then browse, you should be able to find your photo files then and double click on the one you want as your display pic. or if chatting to someone just click on the pic box and do the same. if you mean you want to make one try http://www.msnmonkey.co.uk/

You could make one on paint and put it on there ..
