I'm born on 22nd Feb, but if I was born on the 29th, I would've celebrated on the 28th instead of the 1st March because I would like to celebrate my birthday during my BIRTH month, and not the next month ahead.

My Mum was born on 29th February. She doesn't like celebrating beforehand (since she wouldn't be 'born' yet) so she waits until the 1st March.
