i don't really like heavy metal things (like headbanging music) i do like country and rock. some things i like are dark blue and sugar were going down

My favorite vocalist that inspired me to start singing, Constantine Maroulis (you may know him from "American Idol") has a very good album Pray for the Soul of Betty. Also, he recently (within the past year) broke away from his band with the same name. They aren't as good anymore (or popular) but still play a few gigs here or there.

Well it depends on your taste. A lot of well known bands are good. How known do ou want them to be? If you like modern rock, than i suggest, My chemical romance, and check out bands on teh decaydance label or Evanessance. What do you liek? (ad more details and i will ad more details)
