Dying Young?

Has anyone here ever thought or felt like they're going to die young? I've often had this thought that I'm not going to live to a ripe old age and that I'm going to die younger than I should. My BF often says that he will too. It kinda freaks me out! I've heard and read that people who feel that they are going to die young usually do. Look at Steve Irwin. He often said he would die young and he did! An old co-worker of mine used to say that; he passed away in a car accident a few years ago. I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever felt this way, or knows of someone who often said they would die young, and they have. This isn't just a thought that pops into my head. It's a gut feeling...

Don't be a self-fufilling prophecy. Your own thoughts can influence your life. Why do you feel this way? Do you want to live long or no?

Well, this isn't intended to scare you, but I always wanted to die young. Not like over 40, where the world would come to oblivion by shallowness of teens and destruction from their kids. Heh, not the most positive thought, but I mean after going to this website: http://www.deathclock.com I've been a little paranoid of when I'm going to die.

it can happen but alot of the time i think this is superstition
yes people will say they will and do
but at the same time people say they will and won't
it's fate really
i'm sure you and your BF will live "to a ripe old age"

When its time to go its time. Whether its old age accident. we dont know. But live life and enjoy it, because tomorrow is not guaranteed. It is a scary thought and feeling, but if you live life worried about dying, you have already died inside ( no Life)

steve irwin wasnt exactly young. but i see your point. and it is impossible to die younger than your supposed to because you will die at the moment you are supposed to.
