trying to fit glow plug relay on skoda octavia diesel where are relays they are not near the fuses?

is it not on the inner wing or near the battery. You should get someone to go under the bonnet and listen for it clicking when you turn the ignition on

There will be a second fuse and relay box in the engine bay, near the battery.

find your glo plug wire harness, then trace them back
