someone (A) asks a question than signs in under a second name (B) , but really he is the same person and answers his own question, then (A) picks (B) himself, for best answer? giving (B) a high best answer %, or am i just crazy?

I'm certain that some do. So, apparently is Yahoo. They are supposed to be looking at ways of dealing with this. I suppose it must involve ip addresses. I see no point in it. If someone has a huge best answer percentage, they must be involved in some less than honest maneuvers.

Yes I think some do. If you look they have been here for 3 months and they are a level 6 with 40% best answers. Makes you think. I have been here almost a year and just made level 7 , 2 weeks ago.

Why would anyone waste their time doing that? The points mean nothing. anyone who would do that really needs to invest in a life ....

Thank you, I feel better. I may be too honest, I may be too naive, but I'm not wasting my time on it, either!
MAybe true, maybe not, but sure makes sense.
