it sounds like someone with a terrible speach impediment is trying to pronounce darren. the opposite of sexy in my view.

i have a friend named Therrin. Rhymes with Darren. She is a girl. Tharen looks dumb, Therrin is nice. For a girl tho, i don't think for a guy.

I went to severe college with a guy named Theron. Sounds a similar basically spelled a touch diverse. Its no longer my popular call, yet its no longer awful. style of diverse that's sturdy. i love it for a guy. SD
