The show with the main character a girl. She rode a motorcycle. Always went to a cripple mans house. And everyone had a bar code on the back of their necks. I want to say dark angel but not sure if this is correct.

Yep, it is Dark Angel and I loved that show I wish it was around longer! So much fun like Buffy and Angel man I miss those shows! So far there just is no comparison to those shows!
