The only way you could get pregnant by being masturbated by your partner would be if he got some ejaculate (or pre-ejaculate) on his hand and then touched your vaginal area with that same hand. Even then it would be a fairly slim chance. But remember, it only takes ONE sperm to make a baby.
However, if you're THAT scared of getting pregnant and you're not going to stop involving yourself in risky behavior, then you definitely MUST have him wear a condom the SECOND his penis leaves his pants and you may want to consider getting yourself on some sort of RELIABLE birth control. Otherwise, you keep your clothes on and keep your hands to yourselves.
