it was about a guy that was trying to visit all 31 NFL stadiums (when there were only 31 teams in the league)
wonder what he does when existing teams open new stadiums? does he have to go back there?

looks like I am at "3" in my quest for 32, LOL. I'll try to hit 4 and maybe 5 next season.

below me: ok, but can you really knock out two stadiums just for going to one Giants home game? Seems to me that if you are going to go to every stadium, you should at least see every team play at home, which would require two visits to the Meadowlands.

There were 31 teams in the NFL from the 99' thru the 01-02' season. Then the Houston Texans in the 02'-03' season became the 32nd NFL franchise. It's called the Quest for 31 because although there are 32 teams in the NFL there are only 31 stadiums. The NY Giants and the NY Jets both play at the Meadowlands in New Jersey.

I hadn't heard about this, but when there were 31 teams in the league, there were only 30 stadiums. The Jets and the Giants both play in Giants Stadium.
