Anything is possible. Periods coming on time is not an exact science. She could be late for several reasons such as miscalculated when the time is, nerves or pregnancy. You do know that you can take a pregnancy test. Oh and another thing condoms are not a 100% effective.

Strenuous exercise can delay a period. Usually though, it delays periods in people who consistently do strenuous workouts (like Olympic atheletes). Also, your partner can't be 100% sure of anything. Lots of things (common things you wouldn't think of) degrade a condom leading to microscopic holes which spermies can get through. I know several couples that were "100% sure they condom didn't leak" that are now parents. Best bet is to test. Best of luck.

Strenuous exercise can definitely change the frequency of your periods, so you might not be. Just do the test to be sure.

Dont worry if you keep thinking about it you're going to be late because you're estressing over it. If you believe you are pregnant the sure way to find out is to go and get yourself a pregnancy test to clear out any doubts.

Have you taken a test? If you are 6 days late, you should be able to tell by now. Changes in your life can make your period late especially excercise. Hope this helps.

if you just started having sex with your partner, a change in sexual activity or stress can lead to late periods.
You should take a pregnancy test to be sure though. just get one at the pharmacy, go to your doctor, or order one off ebay

I don't think you can ever be 100% sure about birth control, they all have tiny potential for failure. The only way you'l know is to take a test.
