Well he grew up a ******* screw up, in West Newsbury,Mass.
Before he was a wrestler he was a bodybuilder.
He was in the OvW as a tag team with orton.

Cena's father, John Cena Sr., works in the professional wrestling business as an announcer for New England based Chaotic Wrestling under the name "Johnny Fabulous". He also acts as "commissioner" for East Coast Championship Wrestling.
