Depends on what you mean by the term "ghosts".
In the bible, there are stories of angels appearing in human form. In Dickens he speaks about the spirits of the dead returning to haunt the living.

There are some spirits that have "unfinished business" on this earth, or who are so attached to the physical world that they cannot bear to leave it. There are also spirits that no longer have a body, but don't know that they do not have a physical form. If you saw an image of either of these, you could call them ghosts in some sense.

In addition, there are many other phenomenon that could be considered "ghosts" by some. Included in this are reflections of events that have been imprinted on a specific place. Those reflections may not have any specific spirit or entity associated with them. In other words, there may be events that are experienced by physical beings as ghosts, but the events are actually just a replay of something that happenned in the past (like watching a movie).

Many things can be described as ghosts or angels, so I would have to say, that in some cases, you could interpret a vision of a "ghostly" image as an angel.

Wait you are...misunderstanding the concept. The people who have unfinished jobs are not ghosts but according to the previous work they get done, they are classified by god to stay in hell & heaven. Ghosts don't exist. They are only, "earthly spirits". Eartly spirits are people who have been killed, have their unfinished jobs or have been dead before the result of their work is out. They constantly move around earth and find some way or the other to get the job done..whether it is revenge or anything.

Angels are special people in heaven who have not done any sins or bad work. Obviously they are not humans and when any person goes to heaven, they serve the person. Earthly spirits (which people generally classify as ghosts) can't be angels as they have their work unfinished & have done some sins or the other. (This is the point I missed out before..they also may have done some sins)

Ghosts are spirits of people who once were alive. Angels or spirit guides are altogether different. Angels or spirit guides will not appear as ghosts. Some ghosts are here due to what people may call unfinished business others may not even know they are dead and still others come and go as they please just to check on family and friends.

I believe that ghosts are spirits of people who either don't want to 'cross over', have unfinished business as you suggested, or possibly don't even realise they are dead. Angels are of the divine realm, so are something different. More information on ghosts and angels at this website:

Have you ever seen a ghost? well, if you have you know what it's like....you are scared when you see one, they resemble humans....Angels, on the other hand are different. They could come to you in human form but you wouldn't know it....they could be a bright white light, or something completely different. To put it simply; when you see a ghost, you're scared, when you see an angel you feel loved and you feel goodness all around you, etc. Ghosts always resemble humans, angels not always.

okay, this is what i honestly believe so you may have your doubts depending on your religiouse belief...........angels are never made. when you die and go to heven you are blessed with eternal peace but dont become and angel bc god has i believe only 7 angels that have been in heaven since the begining of god. ghosts can be either lost spirits or have unfinished buissness. i think it all has to do with what you yourself believe

A ghost is usually defined as the apparition of a deceased person, frequently similar in appearance to that person, and encountered in places he or she frequented or in association with the person's former belongings.and are related to haunting and that kind of paranormal phenomena, then angels can not be ghosts, they are higher spirits

"Angels" are beings created by God. They have always been, and will always be "angels".

"Ghosts", I assume, are the spirits of people who have died.

if these ghosts were on missions from god- they'd go up to god and ask him in the afterlife.. which requires crossing over where they'd come back as angels.. so no- the ghosts are just stubborn.
