The follower - it depends on the idea the person put forward

I am quite independent and I do not wait around for things to happen I make them happen. So in this case I am the leader and the person with ideas that make them happen.

We all need to be good servant/leaders. i.e. We can serve those we influence or who we have authority over in our work place or otherwise and still be a great leader.

In my relationship with my girlfriend, I am the level-headed one who never freaks out and takes charge in difficulty. She is the impulsive one who makes fun things happen!

With my friends, I like to think am the diplomat, friend to all regardless of other alliances.

i am the go between. they come to me to sort it out with someone else for them. i feed people. i bouy people up when they are feeling down. i will stand up for them, even when i know that they are in the wrong.
