Am I entitled to see my daughters medical files as she is only 3. her Mother also has parental responsibility and she has access to them. Can you give me any information please

i know at least in colorado and texas you have full rights to medical records, school records, etc. search online for your states statutes. look under family law, custody, and find it in there. or post additional info on this question and i will find it for you.

I am not sure what you mean by "parental responsibility".

In the US there is physical and legal custody of a child.
Physical custody is who actually has the child and legal is the person who is allowed to make legal decisions for the child.
If you have physical custody or even joint custody, but do not have any legal custody then you are not able to access medical records in regards to your child. If you have joint legal custody then you have a right to access the child's medical records.
