If Military law states that ‘Adultery is a crime’ and those found guilty will be court-martialed and jailed; then why has the former Command-in-Chief Bill Clinton got away Scott free then allowed to return to the White House under the auspicious of Mrs. Bill Clinton campaign?

I would think the feminist movement would have something to say and would be dissatisfied with Mrs. Bill Clinton’s willingness to accept this behavior from her husband. If she’s elected as President of the United States the first statement she’s making to American woman and wives are: “It’s okay for your husbands to disrespect you and commit adultery.” The second would be how low she thinks of herself for staying with a career adulterer and liar.

Is this the statement Mrs. Bill Clinton is making by running for the President of the United States?

Many previously responders have correctly said that Clinton was not subject to the UCMJ.

Even among the military, adultery is rarely charged unless there are other charges to go with it. The only case I saw where the person actually got into trouble was a First Sergeant who took his girlfriend to an Army ball and showed her off as his girlfriend! Did he think everyone there who knew him would forget he was married? Even with something that flagrant, they waited eight months until he committed another UCMJ violation before doing anything about it. Instead of court-martialing him, they "allowed" him to retire.

Perhaps Hillary didn't dump Bill because she needs him too much politically. Or maybe they have an open marriage. She may not even believe she would be telling America the statements in your question by being elected President. I don't know. I don't agree with many of her political views, but I would NOT call her stupid. She's staying with him for some reason. I'm sure she's doing what she believes is best for her.

While President Clinton was the Commander-in-Chief at the time of his adultery, he was not subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice due to the fact that he is a civilian. The UCMJ is the code of military law to which our armed services are subject (the "Military law" you mentioned in your question).

I agree with your stance - you would think that the feminist movement, who was quick to crucify the Duke lacrosse team, would crucify a guy who CLEARLY objectifies women, was accused of rape by Juanita Broaddrick (a woman who had a lot more credibility than the North Carolina stripper), took advantage of a young intern, and had to deal with the Paula Jones matter. Of course, you'd think that people who are so big on "a woman's right to choose" wouldn't look down upon those who choose to give up careers and raise a family. I guess that at the highest levels they're really not about empowering women after all.

William Jefferson Clinton is and always was a civilian, not subject to UCMJ's draconian codes.
Please go back to school and finish the 7th grade.
You might want to see a doctor about getting over your obsession with President Clinton. After all, he has been out of office for 74 months, during which time the current CIC, a deserter and traitor, has commited innumerable criminal acts of treason.

Though the President is Commander-in-Chief, he is not bound by the UCMJ. POTUS is a civilian, the UCMJ applies to the military.
