You are just playing your life out in your dreams that you cannot really do in your real life. It does not mean that you want you ex back. You are just dreaming about it so you dont need to do it for real.

Dreams are all that your mind doesn't have time to process during the day. Most dreams aren't serious unless it is something you are obsessing over. Ususally a dream is nothing more than a compilation of all the things pushed back in your mind that you haven't yet thought of. I don't think it means anything really, just like if you had a dream about a boss you hate, drinking tea and riding horses with you. I would say don't worry about it, but since you asked a question about it, it means you're thinking about it consciously and probably subconsciously want it to mean something.

Some people believe dreams have meaning... I, on the other hand, feel that they are random memories combined with this imagination to create something entertaining. So - you probably had a thought about your ex during the day which turned into a dream at night. No meaning.

If you dream & it's a good one , i found that usually means there was something good about that person or situation that you really liked, I usually associate dreams w/ events that had a major impact on my life, girl, job, or some event that left it's mark on me. Alot of times i find it to be a good thing.don't knock it, hey, you never know...something good could come out of it. ,and if it makes you feel good .....hey!, even better!! as far as the back ache is concerned, maybe a roll in the hay w/ this guy left a lasting impression on you.
