No never... World has never been peaceful and will never be. An idea of peace is a dream on a large scale. Peace can certainly be achievable within a community or a certain region and, if you are lucky, at most within a certain country but not beyond that.

World peace is too much of an ask. Lets only concentrate within a small region.

No. There has never been world peace. Since time has been documented, there have always been wars between two factions for various reasons. Plus, we live in a society where violence sells. Look at the movies, video games, music that is out there ... most of it surrounds violence. Sad to say, but I don't think it will ever happen.

If the past is any indicator, no. Has there ever been "world peace"? I don't think so.
Think of all the stuff we have thanks to war! Your cell phone was born of the walkie-talkie; The wristwatch became popular in WWI, instead of the pocketwatch, because it didn't tie up one hand. The concentration camp victims were liberated not by protests or petitions, but by war. There'd be no USA without the Revolutionary War. Freedom exists thanks to those that will defend it - by war, if necessary.

War is always an economic event thrust upon the public by a nation's wealthy elites. World peace is certainly attainable and it will require a well organized global labor movement.

Unfortunately, I doubt it. There is always going to one country doing something to piss another country off. And even if they say there is world peace, I wouldn't believe it......everyone has a hidden agenda.

That could only happen if every single person on earth found inner peace.

Only after humans are long gone from this planet, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't strive for peace.
