I'm hoping that this in an honest question, not one designed to get people all fired up.
First of all, I don't agree with abortions that are performed after the first 8 weeks because after that, there are brain waves, nerves to feel pain, and it can be considered alive. I say that before it has brain waves it isn't really considered living because for us humans, our criteria for determining whether or not another human is alive centers on brain activity. Later abortions should not be performed unless medically necessary.
Adoption should be considered honestly as well. You may not want to be a mom, but may be unable to conceive of adopting out your baby once you've seen the ultrasounds and heard the heartbeat. Consider what you know to be true about yourself....could you give up your baby? Would you be a loving mother able to provide emotionally and physically for your baby?
Also consider the effects of an abortion....you may be fine witht he decision but haunted by it later. Or you may be fine. But until you do it, it's hard to say how you'll be affected. But realize that it's probably not something that will leave you completely uneffected.
I know there are lots of people that will just tell you that you'll go to hell for it, and that it's wrong no matter what. But the truth is that no one knows. And no one but you can decide what is best for you and your baby. If you or someone you know is considering abortion, please get all the facts and consider all options. Talk with your doctor (hopefully he/she is someone that will talk with you honestly regardless of personal opinion), talk with someone you trust. If you make your decision with honesty and thoughtfulness, then you've done the right thing.

Abortion . . .well, it's a subject I feel VERY strongly about. Abortions are something that the far left (liberals) mislead young women on and like you, I want to help put people in the right mindset. While abortion is made out to be safe, clean, and pure as the driven snow . . .it's actually quite a sloppy procedure and has torn millions of young women up emotionally. I don't know how doctors perform early abortions, but a baby has a heartbeat and forming brain at 3 weeks into a pregnancy. 3 weeks.
Late term abortions consist of this: A doctor takes a pair of forcepts, sticks them inside the woman, crushes the baby's skull, and suctions out his or her brain, killing him or her.
Murder by definition is the intentional taking of a life with malice. Abortion is very intentional and clearly with malice. It's murder.
God tells us in the Bible that children are a gift from Him, "a heritage from the Lord." I look at my beautiful 2 year old daughter, Hailey and I wonder how I would have ever been able to allow a doctor to crush her skull and suck out her brain. I couldn't. There's no way I could destroy God's second greatest miracle next to salvation.
Women have become emotionally scarred after having abortions. As mothers-to-be, they felt connected with their growing baby, then they destroy him or her, leaving them feeling empty. I would strongly urge women to start looking at babies as less of an inconvenience and more of a blessing in their lives.
I absolutely love being a father and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. Having a baby doesn't destroy someone's life, it enhances it.

I personally could never go through with it, but I don't condemn other women on getting ONE in their life. A lot of girls make mistakes, and they are the ones who have to live with the decision. I don't believe it's a form of birth control, as in multiple abortions. But, I don't put others down because of one. I know plenty of women who have had one, they just don't usually talk about it openly. And these women are some of my closest friends. So, if it is something you are considering, I would just say weigh the options. It's much better than delivering a full term child and putting it in the garbage or something like that...

Embarrassed to say, I had one. It ruined me for A LONG, LONG time. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about that baby. And it hurt. I had complications with mine. I had to go back for a dnc. That hurt even worse.
If you are thinking about doing it, REALLY think about what you are doing. And don't just use it as a form of birth control like some people do!

I do believe that if a mother is not ready financially and stable to support a child it is ok to abort. but I have seen "photos" and understand where the anti-abortion people are comming from, but I still believe it is the woman's body and we should be given a right to choose.

Dont have sex if you dont want to assume the responsibility of a baby if you get pregnant. Thats my opinion. Adoption is the best answer if you cant keep the baby.

abortion is totally out of the question. Just think about all the people who cant get pregnant no matter what they try. YOU ARE BLESSED with another life my dear. God does not give you more than you can bear. Every thing will work out.

I honestly think that abortion is wrong! Its should be illegal in every state. It's MURDER to an innocent person. I'm really against those who do it as well as those who support it.
