Ummm...why would you want to kill healthy hamsters??? It's ethically and MORALLY WRONG to purposefully harm ANY living being...and yes, it may be illegal depending on the animal cruelty laws in your neck of the woods.

It depends on the laws where you live.....But let me just say that that is not only cruel and in humane even in the name of science, it is just wrong all together. Would you want it done to you? Bring them to a shelter like the SPCA if you don't wnat them or to a local pet store.

It is if you feed them to a snake...but you should try and find someone to take him. There are crazy people who will take in your hamster, even if it's kinda mean.
