with a tablespoon full of baking powder and a little warm water just pour over the stain it should lift out then rinse , might take a couple of turns but it will come out. not to much water to the powder

You can try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. They are pretty amazing. Also, depending on the condition of the stove you can also try steel wool. It will leave scratches, but will clean stainless well. Unfortunately you are finding what most do the hard way, stainless is anything but.

Use the cleaner for ceramic top stoves found at your local store, it works great. Let it sit for awhile, not long enough to dry, and then scrub it with a teflon safe scrubber, so no scratches occur. That should do it!

Get stove top wet with hot water, sprinkle comet powder generously, let it sit for 15-30 minutes. Scrub with scratch pad. Reapply for the stubborn spots. Works great!!!!

Brillo Pads with ample water should knock them out. That is what I have used.

EASY..GREASE LIGHTNING. It's VERY powerful. Just be sure to let it sit a little while before wipping.
