Like, I always hear people say it on TV or whatever, but nobody ever answers it. Is it a joke or something? Or are babies really "made"?

Little girls are made from sugar and spice and all things nice.

I think it is time for you to have a talk with your parents. This is something that should be discussed with your legal guardian which is your parent. It is not a super secret but there are laws and conduct guidelines regarding this suject and minors. So, is in every ones interest that it is done this way. Especially for your safety as in protecting you from predators and to some extend asuring you get the right information. If not wait until you grow a little bit older and they will discuss this subject in most schools.

They develop biologically after being conceived.They are made in a way I suppose ,many people in folklore used this term.
