I like Fall Out Boy better, but I also like Panic! at the Disco so it's a tough decision.

Panic! at the disco. Their music is much more original, using jazz beats and influences from many other genres. They're something different, where as fall out boy- while not bad- are basic. They could sound similar to someone who doesn't know better, but I can't even see the comparison.

I like them better because their sound is new and different. Also, I can listen to their cd all the way through multiple times without getting sick of them!
Fall Out Boy is too pop now for me.

Panic! at the disco is refreshing because its new and unique. Fall out boy is really experienced and they all know what their doing for sure. i'd say they're both amazing bands.

Well Pete from fall out boy owns decaydance, his recording label, and decaydance signed Panic!. But, from my ears and brain Fall Out boy all the way.!!!!!!!

I can't choose one because they are both very good. Experience wise, Fall Out Boy. But lyrics wise, definitely Panic!. They are both great bands who are very successful.
