Hello Ashley!

First of all, I want to return my gratitude to you by saying thank you for choosing me as your best answer and thank you for your nice compliment about me!

As for your question, since you don't have any legal paper document to prove your claim but you do have 3-4witnesses. I would suggest you to contact those witnesses and have them write you a witnessing oath letter, saying that they have witness the truth and willingly to be in court with you to testify against your uncle. Remember, make sure you have them sign on these witness letter and know their where about when near your court date. That's right, you have to sue your uncle in order to win yourself back some justices. Since you're only 16 years of age, sweetie, you will need your parents or legal guardians to guide through these court process.

Wow, you own a horse, you must be a very sweet, popular, princess in your town. And I'm glad that you have added me to your contact and I did so as well.

I hope you will win your case, sweet 16!

We shall see each other again, Ashley, I'm glad that I have gain a friend like you!

Have your witnesses write down what happen on they day it happen and have it notarize and give it to your parents they then can sue your uncle in small claims court for either the return of you colt or give you some money for it.

Bring the witnesses with you. Have your parents help you get the horse back from your uncle. Your parents will know what to do.
